XL-21 Type Low-Voltage Power Distribution Cabinet (Box) is applicable to industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical industry, textile, ports and stations. It is used for power distribution and lighting in low-voltage distribution systems of three-phase three-wire, four-wire or five-wire systems with AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 400V or 660V and rated current of 630A. It can also be used to control part of squirrel-cage and wound-rotor motors in low-voltage control systems.

This product complies with IEC60439-1:1992, GB7251.1-2013, GB7251.12-2013, GB7251.3-2006 and other standards including Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies.

Normal Use Condition

The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40°C or be lower than -5°C, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35°C.

Atmospheric conditions: clean air. The relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of +40°C; higher relative humidity is permitted at lower temperatures, e.g. 90% at +20°C. However, moderate condensation may occasionally occur due to temperature variations.

Altitude ≤ 2000 m.

This product is suitable for transportation and storage within the temperature range of -25°C to +55°C. It can reach +70°C for a short period (no more than 24 hours). The unit shall not suffer any irreversible damage under these extreme temperatures and shall operate normally under normal conditions.

If the above service conditions cannot be met, the user shall inform the manufacturer when placing the order for negotiation.

This product can be designed with the function of connecting to a computer interface to realize on-line centralized monitoring and control of power.

Product Features

XL-21 power distribution boxes are available in two types. Models with cabinet heights of 1700mm and 1800mm are standard type (Type P), which are independently installed. Inlet and outlet cable holes can be opened on the top as required. Models with a cabinet height of 1900mm and above are top busbar type (Type M), fitted with removable covers on the cabinet top for convenient busbar installation and removal.

The cabinet adopts section steel as the frame. The door panel, side and rear sealing plates are all detachable. The mounting plate and side beams are adjustable, featuring flexible installation and maintenance, compact structure and good versatility. Precision cast adjustable hinges are adopted, enabling the door to open more than 135°. The mounting brackets inside the cabinet can be adjusted as a whole after components are installed. Cables can be routed in and out according to different service environments. It has strong versatility and can be used in multiple combined units.
