Normal Use Condition

Ambient air temperature: not higher than +40°C, not lower than ‑5°C, and the average temperature within 24 h shall not exceed +35°C.

Atmospheric conditions: clean air. Relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at maximum temperature of +40°C. Higher relative humidity is permitted at lower temperatures, e.g. 90% at +20°C. Moderate condensation may occasionally occur due to temperature variation.

Altitude: ≤2000 m.

For transportation and storage, the product is applicable within the temperature range of ‑25°C ~ +55°C; it can reach +70°C for a short‑term period (no more than 24 h). Under these limit temperatures, the equipment shall not suffer any irreversible damage and shall operate normally under service conditions.

If the above service conditions cannot be satisfied, the user shall notify the manufacturer at the time of order placement for negotiation.

This product can be designed to connect with computer interfaces to realize on‑line centralized monitoring and control of power system.

Product Features

Breaking through the structural form of legacy products, the GGD cabinet adopts a combined‑assembled basic frame. All structural components of the frame are firmly connected by screws. The frame, doors and face panels are phosphated and then coated with polyester orange‑peel finish; non‑sprayed components are fully galvanized and passivated. The enclosure protection degree is IP30, and options ranging from IP20 to IP40 are available per customers’ installation‑site requirements. The cabinet is designed with an efficient natural ventilation system.

GGD supports conventional upper‑side and lower‑side incoming‑cable modes. Incoming‑cable access from cabinet top, left, middle and right sides is also available to satisfy diverse incoming‑cable requirements of various engineering designs. Fixed mounting positions are reserved inside the cabinet for power plants and other special users to install relay protection and automatic devices.

GGD cabinet features high breaking capacity, excellent dynamic and thermal stability, and flexible and convenient combination of electrical schemes.
