GCK(L) Series Low‑voltage Withdrawable Switchgear is applicable to all power generation, distribution and power‑utilization scenarios, such as power systems, petrochemical industries, industrial and mining enterprises, civil buildings, etc.

Product Overview

GCK(L) series features flexibly‑assembled frame structure. Various standard components can be installed inside the cabinet to satisfy diverse application requirements. The withdrawable units adopt aluminum‑alloy sliding guide rails and screw‑type advancing mechanism, with clear working positions for light‑weight and reliable operation.

This product complies with standards including IEC60439‑1, GB7251.1 and JB/T9661. System installation and connection shall be implemented in accordance with IEC364.

Normal Use Condition

Ambient air temperature: not higher than +40°C, not lower than ‑5°C, and the average temperature within 24 h shall not exceed +35°C.

Atmospheric conditions: clean air. Relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at maximum temperature of +40°C. Higher relative humidity is permitted at lower temperatures, e.g. 90% at +20°C. Moderate condensation may occasionally occur due to temperature variation.

Altitude: ≤2000 m.

For transportation and storage, the product is applicable within the temperature range of ‑25°C ~ +55°C; it can reach +70°C for a short‑term period (no more than 24 h). Under these limit temperatures, the equipment shall not suffer any irreversible damage and shall operate normally under service conditions.

If the above service conditions cannot be satisfied, the user shall notify the manufacturer at the time of order placement for negotiation.

This product can be designed to connect with computer interfaces to realize on‑line centralized monitoring and control of power system.

Product Features

The basic component of GCK(L) system is a profile frame with 20 mm pitch modular holes. All frame parts are maintenance‑free.

GCK(L) system adopts fully‑enclosed enclosure with protection degree IP320. Base plates are provided at cabinet bottom, and flame‑retardant insulating flange plates can be equipped for cable outlets. Single or multiple ventilation openings can be fitted on door panels and enclosures as required; the top plate is of full‑ventilation type.

It is designed with high‑current units as well as multi‑circuit low‑current units. The small doors of two drawers on the same layer inside one cabinet are independent without mutual interference. It features compact structure, flexible assembly, reasonable layout, neat arrangement and small floor occupation. The equipment has solid construction, reliable interlock, high safety level and complete functions. It is easy to operate with good interchangeability and high short‑time withstand current. With favorable compatibility, it can be assembled into GCL power center, as well as GCK motor control center, and distribution devices for metering, lighting, power compensation and other applications.
