Normal Use Condition

QXQJ series cable trays have the characteristics of complete varieties, wide application, high strength, light structure, simple construction, flexible wiring and beautiful appearance, which bring convenience to your technical improvement, expansion and installation, maintenance and overhaul.

The installation of cable trays can be adapted to local conditions and can be laid aerially along with the process pipelines: hoisted under floors and beams; or vertically installed on outdoor walls, tunnels, cable trench walls; and can also be installed on open-air columns or piers.

When hoisting or vertically installing large‑size or multi‑layer cable trays, symmetric layout on both sides of I‑steel columns shall be adopted as far as possible.

Cable trays can be laid horizontally or vertically, with corner turning, tee‑type or cross‑type branches, and are available for width adjustment, height adjustment and diameter transition.

* The maximum load and support spacing of cable trays shall be less than the allowable load and allowable support spacing. * Certain spare space shall be reserved when selecting the width of cable trays for future cable addition. * When there are few power cables and control cables, they may be installed on the same cable tray, but shall be separated by partition plates. * For horizontally‑laid cable trays, joints between trays shall preferably be located at about 1/4 of the span. Horizontally routed cables shall be fixed at intervals of approximately 2 m, and vertically routed cables shall be fixed at intervals of approximately 1.5 m. * Cable tray systems shall be reliably earthed. If trays are used as earthing main lines, ends of each layer of trays shall be connected (in parallel) with 16 mm steel wires and linked to the earthing main line. Long‑distance cable trays shall be earthed every 30‑50 m. * Protective covers shall be fitted if shielding is required for cable tray systems. For outdoor installation, top protective covers are recommended to avoid exposure to sunshine and rain. In case of welding installation, weld thickness around weldments shall not be less than that of base material, and weld joints must be anti‑corrosion treated.
